We received excellent service through the entire ordering and shipping process. The couch we ordered in Portsmouth, NH arrived a week early than expected at our new home in lacey, WA.. The delivery service was excellent also. This beautiful couch was purchased to replace our last Ethan Allen couch which we had for 17 years. The couch was still in great condition and we were able to rehome the couch with some friends.

I bought three counter stools from Ethan Allen about three years ago. I only needed three at the time last fall bought a new home and the kitchen was updated with a large Island. I looked on line and search for a matching chair but found out they had discontinued the counter stool. I thought for sure I would have to buy all new stool but decided one day to drop into Ethan Allen in Portsmouth NH. We were greeted at the reception desk by a very nice young woman who listen to our story and the manager happened by. I told her I only needed one counter stool in black that matched what I had. The manager took us to the back room to show us the many counter stools they had on special sales. I looked and there was my counter stool in black ! I was so happy. We have bought furniture in this Portsmouth store many times the staff is very knowledgeable and extremely nice. They went out of their way and actually made our day and the best part was this counter stool was just marked down again got it for better than half of what I originally paid for one chair . I would highly recommend this Ethan Allen store to anyone looking for quality furniture.

Absolutely LOVE my new sofa and chair with ottoman! Wasn't sure where to look, also considering since it had to be online. But saw a link on AAFES for Ethan Allen furniture and the Bennett Roll-Arm sofa looked very simple but elegant. Great find, and reasonably priced considering the quality of the sofa and chair. With great quality you'd expect to pay more, but very affordable. My son enjoys the sofa as well, says the living room looks very homey.

Ethan Allen in Portsmouth, NH has it all. Superb design service, high quality furniture, and more fabric and finish options than you can imagine. The most important value-add they provide over their competitors is the design team of Erica and Tina. I worked exclusively with Tina and her experience, insight and good taste, along with the three-D computer image she was able to produce so I could "see" the furniture in my living room, was hugely helpful. Tina's gift and professional talent is helping you create YOUR vision without making the room her own. She asks the right questions, knows her inventory from furniture to fabrics, and was able to guide me to exactly what I wanted and when you are making this kind of investment, you want to love the finished product. She will deliver that. She was patient, knowledgable, and gave me all the time I needed to make decisions while providing really good guidance. The dining room is next and I wouldn't take one step starting that project without Tina.

Excellent showroom, quality items. Large parking lot with easy pull and out access. Tons of options with large amount of fabric and leather choices. Great knowledgeable sales staff. Home decor and framed art also available.

Our designer, Scott Dickinson, did a fabulous job. He worked with us from across the Pacific to bring Ethan Allen quality to our home. We now have two beautiful Bennett sofas finished in a light, performance fabric and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Scott, for making this happen!

I worked with Tina Forrester from Ethan Allen in Portsmouth to help me with kitchen island stools. I chose the maple Benham swivel stools. Tina came to my home with wood stain samples and fabrics to find what would blend best with my island, countertops, floors and backsplash. I love my stools; they swivel 360 degrees and are so comfortable to sit in for extended periods of time. I would highly recommend the design services at Ethan Allen in Portsmouth.
